FOR WHAT MATTERS MOST

HARDIE LAW PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION

Hardie Law Professional Corporation was established in 2016. We offer solutions for families who are committed to separating with a vision towards peaceful and lasting resolutions. We focus on collaborative practice in addition to traditional methods for resolving matrimonial matters.

Tracey Hardie is also an accredited mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators, offering mediation services to families experiencing separation and divorce.

TRACEY HARDIE

I was called to the bar in 2016 and have focused strictly on family law with an emphasis on collaborative practice. I graduated Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 with a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation and collaboration. During my time at Osgoode, I completed the mediation intensive program and the child protection externship.

Prior to attending law school, I obtained an Honours degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology.

Since 2009, I have lived in the heart of Stouffville with my two children, and we recently welcomed my partner and his two children to the family. I am a proud member of the Métis community and embrace my Aboriginal roots.
